Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and delivery region. Select orders may qualify for Free Shipping depending on the recipient’s location.

Please note that certain oversized or freight-shipped items are excluded from Free Shipping due to carrier costs. Shipping fees for these products will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order & Shipping Confirmation

After an order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This confirms that THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP has received your order in our system.

Upon receipt of your order, THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP will promptly contact our suppliers to verify that the item is in stock and available for shipment. If the product is out of stock, backordered, or otherwise unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Once the item(s) are confirmed and prepared for shipment, your order will be dispatched. An email containing tracking information will be sent within 24 hours after the order has shipped.

If you have not received tracking details within three (3) days after the lead time stated at the top of the product page, please contact us at via private message on our website or our official email address for assistance.

Please note that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. For additional details, please refer to our “Cancellations” policy section.

If the tracking information provided by the carrier indicates that the order has been marked as “Delivered” to the shipping address, THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP will not be responsible for any non-receipt claims. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping From The Viccgo Golf Shop

Items that are apart of The Viccgo Golf Shop brand will be shipping from our warehouse located in China or United States.
