RETURN POLICY FROM THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP

30-Day Easy Return Policy

Customers may return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How Do I Make a Return?

Please visit our return portal HERE to submit the required information and request return approval. This portal will serve as your main source of updates and information throughout the return process.

Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) back to THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP. Upon receipt, the item(s) will be inspected and assessed for the applicable restocking fee before the refund is processed.

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected after inspection (items must be in good working condition with no signs of damage).

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, store credit, etc.) within 3 business days to 3 weeks, depending on your payment provider and/or bank policies.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Products must be returned in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

If a returned product shows visible signs of wear, use, or is missing components such that THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP can no longer resell it as a “new” item, it will be classified as a refurbished unit. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 40% may be applied.

RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS & DAMAGES

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the received goods.

It is extremely important that you carefully inspect all merchandise for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP immediately.

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. The carrier will arrange to pick up and return the damaged package. Please ensure the item remains in its original box and original packaging, as this is required for the claim process.

Once the carrier has retrieved the damaged product, THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP will coordinate with our suppliers to ship a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Claims Policy

Parcel Shipments

Customers must notify THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP within 14 days of delivery if a parcel shipment is received damaged or if items are missing.

Freight Shipments

If your freight shipment arrives with visible damage, you must contact THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP within 24 hours of delivery.

All freight damage claims must be formally submitted to the freight carrier within 5 days of delivery.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Our customer support team will carefully evaluate your product to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear and tear.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, THE VICCGO GOLF SHOP will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. If a repair or replacement is not available, you will be issued a full refund. Please visit our RETURN PORTAL to initiate the process.
